I was honored to hear Former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor speak today. She discussed her history growing up on the Arizona-New Mexico border, the difficulty she had establishing herself as a lawyer, her time serving in the Arizona State Legislature and the day-to-day workings of the Supreme Court. She was eloquent and humorous, emphasizing the need for respect and compromise in Leadership.
